Answers:
1Try taking cider vinegar tablets (buy in a health food store or the health food section of a department store or supermarket). You can also take one or two teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar once a day and before meals. The natural acidity will help to balance the overproduction of stomach acids which have a tendency to back up into the upper digestive system and cause the burning sensation in the throat and chest, thus the term "heartburn." I took various tablets for many years, until some friends told me about the cider vinegar, and I decided to try it. I have even recommended it to some people who have had the heartburn so severely that it has affected their sleep at night and they have told me that they can actually sleep through the night now and be more relaxed and comfortable. I am trying to improve my health and not consume a lot of chemicals and chemical compounds which may not be helpful for my health in the long run. Some of the medications for the problem actually stop part of the natural digestive process; which may lead to problems worse than the heartburn. Good luck to you!
